Follow these easy steps:

Order Cancellation

We offer a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You shoulder submit a help Ticket from Contact Us once you decide to cancel the order. For Orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

1. Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us a ticket in your account. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. 
2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
3. Drop off you package at the local post office.
4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

Return Conditions

1. Return your unwanted item(s)* within 15 days from the date your  parcel receipt.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Bikinis, Tankinis, One-Piece Swimwear, Accessories, In-stocks and Lingerie.
3.*All merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached to receive your refund. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 
4. *We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

5.Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.


6. If you need to return the product, the shipping fee forth would be subtracted no matter whether it's free shipping fee or not when ordering. Since it's already paid to the courier when shipping. Your understanding is highly appreciated.
